FACT Members

Established in 1983, FACT’s primary purpose is to protect the United Kingdom’s film and broadcasting industry from counterfeiting, copyright and trademark infringements.

Today, FACT is the leading representative trade body committed to protecting the interests of the industry.

FACT also has an important role in ensuring that the government and public understand the threat to the UK’s film and television industry and the community at large from the growing threat of DVD and Online/Internet-based piracy.

Its members include major British and American studios, television, satellite distribution, media and production companies, industry associations and societies.
