Main Purpose
Oversee the operational aspect of the due diligence process, from the completion of the due diligence enquiries pertaining to the application to delivery of report to client.
Enhance and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients and partners. Ensure the ethical delivery of optimum results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client requirements are met, and relevant enquiries are made
- Quality control final reports and address issues arising
- Oversight of due diligence process, applying deadlines to team and ensuring weekly targets are met
- Establish strong working relationships with clients and partners. Overseas travel is required
- Timely response to all queries
- Provide advice and guidance, developing research, quality assurance and written skills
- Identify training needs and requirements
- Supervise and mentor the role of Junior Due Diligence Supervisor to aid the individual to transition into role and progress to Due Diligence Supervisor
- Provide guidance to Due Diligence Supervisors
- Deputise for the Due Diligence Manager when required
- Supervise the work of researchers and analysts and Client Supervisors to ensure each stage of the process is met
- Liaison with the Deputy Managers responsible for the verification enquiries and the interview element of the process
Requirements
- Leadership and management experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including tact and diplomacy
- Able to use own initiative whilst also recognising the need to be collaborative
- Has integrity, shows impartiality and demonstrates good judgment
- Has energy, drive and resilience
- Able to work to deadlines under pressure
- Able to develop and manage relationships with key partners
- Able to represent organisation at various and varied meetings and conferences
- Previous experience in investigations, intelligence analysis, OSINT methods, and other physical and online tools and techniques essential
