After 16 highly successful years as CEO of FACT, Kieron Sharp transitioned to the role of Chairman.

Effective January 1st, 2025, Andy Maher assumed the position of CEO.

With an accomplished background in corporate finance serving in senior leadership roles across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia, Andy will lead FACT’s strategic direction and oversee its core services, including Global IP Protection, Due Diligence, Investigations, and Digital Forensics.
