We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with at least two years of B2B performance marketing experience to join our marketing team. This newly created role reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing will contribute to the creation and execution of digital marketing plans aimed at generating brand interest and enhancing lead generation.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with solid performance marketing experience and a proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns. The role will cover all aspects of marketing including content marketing and social media with a primary focus on performance marketing. It provides a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of activities within a successful and growing business and would suit an organised, proactive individual with an analytical and creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • General Marketing: Provide general marketing and communications support.
  • Performance Marketing Plan, purchase, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (such as PPC, advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) to nurture leads through digital channels. Monitor key KPIs and produce regular reports and presentations.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Oversee daily digital marketing campaign management, including budgets, bid strategies, creative, copy, targeting, and tracking.
  • Lead Generation Analysis: Use CRM and web analytics to track leads, monitor website behaviour, and optimise marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Content Marketing: Alongside business development, develop marketing and sales collateral, including website content, sales brochures, ad creatives, blogs and webinars to complement paid media efforts.
  • SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research to optimise website content, coordinate link-building campaigns, and analyse web traffic data to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Social Media: Develop, schedule, and post engaging social media content across various platforms. Monitor and analyse social media analytics to assess performance.

The person/essential:

  • Qualification in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and research skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as GA4.
  • Strong experience with PPC, social media and other digital marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic content creation tools such as Canva, with the ability to design basic graphics and social media posts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative eye and strong writing skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
  • An interest in brand protection, due diligence, crime, investigations and security would be beneficial, but not essential.
